Staying social is important for everyone, and joining us at The Adam Centre can provide numerous benefits. Meeting and making new friends can reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation, which can be especially common in those who live alone or have limited mobility.
In addition to improving mental and emotional well-being, social interaction can provide physical benefits as well. We have a range of low impact exercises and games to keep you active and improve mobility, flexibility, and overall physical health.

Help, if and when you need it
Our qualified social care team are available to offer a helping hand from collection to return home via our dedicated minibus.
If you require regular or just occasional help whilst at the Centre, we are always on hand to provide this. Whether that is social, mobility, personal care or general guidance, our aim is to tailor a plan to suit your requirements and help you stay as independent as possible at home.
